Ruth's area of expertise is Swedish massage.  She focuses her practice on muscle relaxation techniques. She is most adept at quiet, slow, and soothing massage. She enjoys creating a warm and nurturing environment so clients can relax completely. As a computer programmer, she is very aware of the stress and tension that results from sitting at a computer all day long. She is sensitive to the needs of folks who work in today's fast paced jobs.

While Ruth is very good at creating complete relaxation through traditional Swedish massage, she can also relieve pain through deep tissue work, myofacial, trigger point and stretching techniques, and chair massage. Relief from stress and relief from pain are Ruth's goals for all of her clients.
